Fish Meal & Fish Oil Extraction - Qurun
For our client Seapride LLC, we successfully delivered a state-of-the-art Fish Meal and Fish Oil Production Factory in Qurun, Oman. Spanning a built-up area of 13,500 square meters, this landmark facility is the leading producer of its kind in Oman, boasting an impressive total capacity of 1,000 tons per day.
The plant is equipped with the latest advanced machinery operating across three distinct production lines (300, 200, and 500-ton capacities) and is supported by a robust 48-ton boiler system.
With a strong commitment to environmental sustainability, the project also features a comprehensive effluent treatment plant that purifies wastewater for domestic and cleaning reuse, alongside a custom-designed bio-filter system that effectively neutralizes manufacturing odors.
Corrugated Packaging Facility - Pride Packaging
For our client Pride Packaging LLC, we successfully developed a state-of-the-art corrugated packaging manufacturing facility located in Sur, Oman. Spanning a built-up area of 9,000 square meters, this modern plant is designed for high-efficiency, large-scale production.
At the core of the facility is an advanced, high-speed corrugator capable of handling 40,000 Tons Per Annum (TPA). Supported by a newly installed 4-ton boiler system, the factory is fully equipped to meet demanding output requirements, delivering an impressive carton manufacturing capacity of 100 tons per day.
Advanced Fish Processing Plant - SeaPride LLC
For our client Seapride LLC, we delivered a comprehensive Frozen Seafood Processing and Cold Storage Factory located in Sur, Oman. Encompassing a total built-up area of 12,500 square meters,
This project involved complete PU panel installation and the integration of a full-scale ammonia-based refrigeration system.
The high-capacity facility is designed to process 100 tons of seafood daily and features advanced freezing technology, including 130-ton capacity blast freezers and an Individual Quick Freezer (IQF) capable of handling 1,000 kg per hour.
To accommodate large-scale inventory, we constructed a sophisticated cold storage facility equipped with drive-in and mezzanine racks, providing a massive 3,000-ton storage capacity.
Furthermore, the plant is outfitted with specialized CO-treated seafood machinery and a dedicated smoked fish facility capable of producing 20 tons per day.

SP Marine Enginering
For our client SP Marine Engineering LLC, we developed a specialized manufacturing facility for modern fiberglass fishing vessels located in Sur, Oman. Covering a built-up area of 5,000 square meters, the project involved the comprehensive design and installation of a complete steel structure, fully outfitted with durable PU roof panels.
Purpose-built to support marine manufacturing, the site also features a dedicated slipway to facilitate seamless operations and launching. This robust infrastructure ensures the facility operates efficiently, supporting a reliable production capacity of 12 boats per year.
